A Doll’s Description
The author's BJD is a work of art and a handmade object.
Inside the doll's head, under the front panel, there is the author's brand made of 925 sterling silver. The presence of a brand in the head of the doll is a confirmation of its authenticity and originality.
The body of the doll is a plastic part, assembled on an elastic band with a thickness of 3 mm. The joints of the parts (joint receivers) are glued with hot glue in order to avoid friction of the parts against each other.
The hands, feet, and face of the doll are removable parts that are attached to the doll's body with threads or magnets. To replace the face, you just need to carefully remove it, holding the doll by the back of the head and making a small effort. Put on the face from the bottom up, first connecting the magnets that are located in the chin of the doll, and then all the others.
The feet and hands are attached with a thread. To put the part on the hinge, it is necessary to rotate it by turning it "towards the body", to remove it, rotate the part "away from the body". The hands and feet are "mirrored" and rotate in the opposite direction from the pair.
All the magnets in the doll's body are attached with cyanoacrylate glue, and are secured with a polymer, which gives a very strong connection. But sometimes the magnets can come off, this is extremely rare. Peeling off the magnet is not a marriage. If the magnet comes loose, you can glue it yourself with any resistant glue, or send the doll to me for repair (in this case, the delivery is paid by the customer).
When casting dolls, a special additive is included in the plastic, which makes the parts resistant to UV light and color fading. However, the effect of this component does not apply to the coating of the doll. Blushing and makeup can "fade" when exposed to ultraviolet light, so you can not leave the doll in the open sun for a long time.
The dolls are cast from high-quality polyurethane, which has a hardness of 80D on the Shore scale, and has great resistance to stretching and bending. However, the smallest parts, such as the fingers, ears, and fine points of the parts are the most vulnerable and can be damaged if the doll falls or other careless impact.
The doll is not intended for play, it should not be given to children. The author's handmade doll is «an object of admiration» and requires very careful handling.
All parts of the doll initially have a matte finish, but when sanding or numerous careless use of the parts can be rubbed and acquire a shine. The gloss of the parts is not a defect and is easily eliminated with a fine-grained sanding sponge (only on dolls without body painting and without coating).
Material - resin
It is a very durable, heavy material that feels like ceramic. The details are completely matte and pleasantly "tinkle" when tapping.

The conditions of the order
All dolls and accessories are hand-made.
It takes a lot of time to create one model, so only a pre-order system is available.
Every six-eight month pre-orders for author's ball-jointed dolls are open. It allows you to place your order on this online store. When a certain number of orders are taken, a pre-order is closed and new orders cannot be accepted.
There are some particular steps in the doll making process, so new orders cannot be accepted while I'm working on the current orders.
It is highly important to remember that you are able to place your order for a doll in a certain period of time when the pre-order is open.

Pre-order of the doll - 450 $
The specified amount is spent on casting the doll and supplies and in case of refusal to purchase the doll is not returned!
The remaining part of the payment is made within three calendar days at a time after receiving a notification from me about the readiness of the doll before it is sent.
The production period of the doll is from six to eight months (the delivery period is not taken into account). In case of any unforeseen circumstances, the waiting period may be extended.
